All potential candidates should read through the following details of this job with care before making an application.Key dutiesBased primarily front of house, this role will involve dealing with enquiries from members of the public and the motor trade who are looking to buy car spares and other associated items.Key skillsThe qualities required for the Parts Sales Advisor role include:
- A basic working knowledge of motor vehicles – Previous motor trade experience would be a distinct advantage (but is not essential)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Payment handling abilities, including making sure that all cash & card transactions are processed in line with company procedures
- Being a team player with a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude
- Basic IT skills – Training on internal systems will be provided as required.
