Data Loss Prevention Business / Product Analyst – Insurance

We are currently recruiting for a Business / Product Analyst with DLP (knowledge on outbound emails) experience to join one of our Insurance clients on a 4 month contract.

Inside IR35 – Hybrid- 2 days a week onsite in LondonResponsibilities

• Level of analysis for some areas would be much higher
• Assess how DLP rules will impact different business areas / business critical processes
• Document impact on the main business areas – Claims, UW, HR, Legal
• Work with the business to understand how they would work around this – share data via SharePoint
• Speak with business to identify exception processes which may result in blocks – ie SF automated emails
• Agree and document data points required for reporting
• Support on RFI / RFP / BC process etc where needed
• Engaging with different business teams to gain buy in & sign off / manage expectations
• Support on producing documentation for business areas (if required) – comms, use guides etc
• Assess how DLP rules will impact different business areas / business critical processes

Experience

• DLP xwzovoh knowledge on outbound emails
• Broader DLP knowledge
• Insurance experience
• Experience in implementing data protection based regulatory controls
• Wide range of analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong stakeholder and communication skillls
