What you’ll be doing:
- Leading financial oversight of a growing scripted portfolio
- Managing secondary/IP sales finance across both scripted and unscripted labels
- Supporting high-quality monthly consolidations and delivering insightful reporting
- Partnering with FP&A to monitor production & distribution performance, highlighting risks and opportunities
- Contributing to forecasting and long-term strategic planning
- Managing one remote direct report, with support from embedded production finance teams
What we’re looking for:
- Production and/or management accounts experience within a media environment
- Solid understanding of TV finance plans and tax incentives (a big plus)
- Knowledge of distribution deal models and royalty waterfalls
- Strong controls mindset with a passion for improving processes
- ACA/CA qualified (practice background advantageous) or ACCA/CIMA
- PMI accounting software experience beneficial
