Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in West Bromwich for a Telesales Executive. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for handling customer calls, providing excellent customer service, generating new leads, managing customer accounts, and meeting sales targets. Key tasks include building and maintaining strong customer relationships, resolving queries, and promoting the company’s product portfolio to drive sales growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of customers
- Customer Service and Customer Support experience to provide exceptional assistance and resolve inquiries promptly
- Proven skills in Lead Generation and Sales, with a focus on achieving targets and fostering xwzovoh business growth
- Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with both new and existing clients
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to meeting sales goals
- Familiarity with the food industry, particularly South Asian brands, is a plus
- Proficiency in basic computer systems and CRM tools
- Prior experience in telesales or a sales-driven role is preferred
