To help us achieve that, we are looking for an Admin Officer to join our Business & Strategy team supporting Community & Libraries and GYSKC. Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:00. Contract type: Permanent. The listed salary is for a full-time role. If you’re applying for a part-time or bank job, we will calculate your pay on a pro-rata basis. The hourly rate is £17.57 per hour. As a Admin Officer, you’ll be a part of an established Admin team, reporting to the Snr Admin Officer. You’ll play an essential role in managing clerical support across your service area, contributing to corporate-wide strategic objectives, supporting business improvement and providing a wide range of essential admin support to the Service Operation teams that supports the running of the Service Areas as well as ensuring processes are efficient and effective. Supporting our communities Helping people get active Make real time service decisions in response to Operational issues in line with local procedures and establish guidelines·      interpret data and made recommendations for action to Management·      Carry out a wide range of administrative services to support the Snr Admin Officer, Service Areas, Colleagues and Business Partners.
