Two Building Safety Managers are wanted to join our Building Safety Team, with one role based in Calderdale and the other in Lancashire. You will work with regulatory bodies, teammates and contractors to ensure building safety measures, required corrective actions, and relevant safety standards are diligently implemented, compliant, and recorded.
Your key duties include ensuring that all buildings within your scope are registered with the Building Safety Regulator and hold a valid Building Assurance Certificate. You will lead the creation, management, and oversight of a robust Resident Engagement Strategy. As the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders, you will ensure that our buildings, communal areas, and residents’ homes uphold the highest safety standards. - Starting salary of £56,510 per annum
- 27 days holiday (rising to 32 over 5 years’ service) + bank holidays
