A leading brand in the real estate sector is seeking to hire across Debt Advisory and Structured Finance.

- Support large, high-profile real estate financing transactions end-to-end.
- Advise on debt, financing, and refinancing for development and asset funding.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze complex financials; prepare reports, loan packages, and executive summaries.
- Build advanced financial models (commercial & multifamily assets).
- Research market trends in commercial mortgage finance.
- Manage due diligence and transaction process from marketing to closing.
- Prepare presentation materials and review collateral for distribution.
- Commun insights clearly to stakeholders; support senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree + 4–5 years relevant experience
- Strong real estate finance, market, and investment analysis knowledge
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
- Highly organized, analytical, detail-oriented
- Real estate license and ARGUS experience preferred
Location & Commitment
- Hybrid 3:2, must be based in London
