The Ideal Individual
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar position Hotel or Restaurant as well as proven experience of working in a luxury environment.
The ideal individual will have confidence, flair and excellent customer service, with the ability to create memorable guest experiences through fantastic organisational skills and clear communication.
You will have an eye for detail and be able to prioritise. Having integrity and a positive demeanour will be important characteristics at Sun Street Hotel.
Role Responsibilities
- Work with all Departments to understand the daily operational requirements, to enable you to meet each and every guest/member request.
- Work in partnership with all departments to deliver excellence.
- Ensure comprehensive knowledge of all daily operations and events, as well as any changes to procedures.
- Take every opportunity to get to know & understand our members and guests.
- Ensure full knowledge of the One Crown Place & our neighbourhood.
- Embed our operating standards into day-to-day service, good communication by engaging closely with colleagues and taking pride in delivering exceptional experiences.
- Ensure an excellent last impression for every one of our guests.
