Analyst – Private Equity Secondaries

Our client, a leading global private markets investor, is seeking a hands‑on Analyst to join its European Secondaries Investment Team in London. The role offers exposure to a wide range of secondary transactions, including LP‑led deals, GP‑led restructurings, and structured solutions, providing a strong foundation for growth in private equity secondaries.

• Support sourcing, screening, and evaluation of LP interests, GP‑led transactions, and structured secondary opportunities
• Assist in building and maintaining financial models, valuations, and investment committee materials
• Conduct quantitative analysis and support underwriting across complex transaction structures
• Participate in commercial, financial, and legal due diligence processes
• Collaborate closely with senior investment professionals on live transactions
• Support portfolio monitoring, performance analysis, and other investment initiatives

Candidate Profile

• 2 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, consulting, or related investing roles
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Understanding of valuation methodologies, fund structures, and cash flow modeling
• Ability to analyze complex data sets and support investment decision‑making
• Fluency in one or more European languages (e.g., French, German, Spanish, Italian) is a plus
• Detail‑oriented, xwzovoh highly organized, and able to manage multiple workstreams under tight deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in a fast‑paced environment
