Finance Manager | Remote | Temporary Contract | Up to £330 per day
A growing healthcare business is looking for a proactive Finance Manager to join on a short‑term contract. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll take ownership of key finance processes, ensure continuity during a period of change, and help the team streamline and redistribute tasks effectively.
Responsibilities
- Manage core finance activities, including Accounts Receivable tasks.
- Monitoring the balance sheet.
- Banking and related processes.
- Support month‑end close and maintain accurate reconciliations.
- Work closely with the finance team to review current processes and identify efficiencies.
- Help clarify workload and assist in transitioning tasks back into BAU.
- Provide insight to shape the structure of the future permanent role.
About You
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or qualified by experience.
- Strong understanding of transactional finance and month‑end processes.
- Comfortable working in a hands‑on capacity and adapting to evolving priorities.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
