Investment Banking Associate

Our Client, fast‑growing boutique investment bank is seeking a highly motivated Analyst or Associate to join its London‑based team. The firm specialises in providing strategic M&A and capital‑raising advisory services to clients across the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) sectors. • Lead and support execution of M&A and financing transactions across the TMT landscape
• Perform complex financial analysis, modelling, and valuation work (DCF, LBO, public comps, precedent transactions)
• Prepare pitch books, marketing materials, and client presentations
• Conduct sector research, competitive analysis, and target identification
• Interact directly with clients, investors, and counterparties throughout the deal process
• Help mentor junior team members and contribute to business development initiatives

Candidate Profile

• Approximately 3 years of experience in investment banking, preferably with TMT deal exposure
• Strong academic background with a solid foundation in corporate finance
• Advanced financial modelling and analytical skills
• Highly detail‑oriented, with excellent written and verbal communication xwzovoh
• Self‑starter mentality with the ability to thrive in a lean, high‑performance team
• Passion for the TMT sector and a strong interest in advising growth companies
