Following strategic international expansion into Asia and the U.S., the firm continues to unlock new revenue streams and cross-border opportunities. As part of its expansion the decision has been taken to appoint an additional partner into their Dispute Resolution Group in London. Their first-class dispute resolution team specialises in handling complex domestic and international commercial disputes. They represent corporates from a range of industries including financial services, energy, technology, telecoms and health sectors, as well as government departments, public bodies and high net worth individuals. Their practice covers a broad array of disputes including contractual claims, shareholder claims, contested share purchase agreements, fraud, technology, partnership disputes, professional negligence, reputation management and disputes in other specialist sectors. They have expertise in obtaining time-critical remedies to trace, preserve and recover assets including search orders, freezing injunctions, and requests for information and disclosure orders. They also assist clients in mediation and/or negotiated settlement, with a strong track record of success. Their international reach means they can swiftly assemble experts in multiple jurisdictions, providing a coordinated response to international and cross-border financial disputes. They work closely with other practice areas within the firm to draw on their knowledge and expertise, as required. They are increasingly advising clients on emerging risks including crypto, ESG-related claims, climate change litigation, and allegations of greenwashing, cybercrime, and data theft. What they are looking for: Senior commercial litigation lawyers with strong technical credentials and experience of High Court litigation.
