Employment Solicitor (2–6 PQE) Leeds Hybrid Working A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Employment Solicitor to join a highly regarded, full-service UK law firm with a strong reputation for advising employers across a broad range of sectors. This is a chance to join a well-established and growing Employment team known for its strength in respondent work , supporting regional, national and international clients including businesses, public sector organisations and charities. The Role You’ll be part of a fast-paced and collaborative team, handling a varied caseload of both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. The work is predominantly employer-focused, with exposure to high-quality advisory and tribunal matters. Your responsibilities will include: Providing pragmatic, commercial employment law advice across a range of issues Managing your own Employment Tribunal caseload, including advocacy at hearings, PHRs and CMDs where appropriate Supporting senior lawyers on complex matters and strategic projects Drafting, researching and delivering clear, solution-focused advice to clients Attending client meetings, negotiations and contributing to business development initiatives Delivering training sessions and building strong client relationships Supervising and delegating to junior team members where appropriate About You 2–6 years’ PQE with solid employment law experience Confident handling tribunal matters and client advisory work Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving skills Able to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment A team player with excellent communication and organisational skills An interest in developing client relationships and contributing to business growth The Firm This is a Top 100 UK law firm with a strong regional presence and a reputation for delivering high-quality legal services to businesses, the public sector, healthcare organisations and private clients.
