Your new roleThis is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Corporate Lawyer to join a forward‑thinking team working on high‑value, challenging transactions in the South West market. Your role will include: Advising on a broad range of corporate matters including mergers & acquisitions, investments and private equity transactions Supporting clients on acquisitions, disposals and strategic investments Drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex corporate documentation Delivering clear, pragmatic and commercially focused legal advice Working closely with colleagues as part of a collaborative and ambitious team You’ll benefit from the scale and quality of a national platform while playing a meaningful role within a smaller, close-knit Bristol team.
