Commercial Finance Manager

A brand new and recently created role has arisen at one of our prestigious US law firm clients for a Commercial Finance Manager to work alongside the team within legal strategic pricing, project management and commercial finance. The London office is currently experiencing exponential growth and are keen to hire a dynamic individual who is client-service oriented to really lead manage the commercial finance function. Salary to £110,000 09:30-17:30 working hours Hybrid working – 4 days in the office / 1 day remote £100 monthly employee contribution towards lunch or other expenses Liverpool St / City Offices Commercial Finance Manager Key Responsibilities: Devise, negotiate and implement custom fee arrangements to ensure client’s business objectives are satisfied while meeting firm strategic and financial requirements Advise Partners on value-based pricing strategy specific to key practice areas and industries Monitor matter performance against budgets and pricing assumptions; identify variances, escalate risks, and recommend corrective actions. Incorporate legal technology, data analytics and emerging AI-enabled tools Provide research, data analysis, and project support for strategic initiatives and department-wide projects. Commercial Finance Manager Skills & Requirements: 5 years professional experience required, law firm background is highly advantageous Bachelor’s degree required; degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics is preferable Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
