As an Audit Manager or Senior Manager in our growing Not-for-Profit team, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality audit and advisory services to a wide range of organisations across the sector.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a varied portfolio of charity and not-for-profit clients, delivering audits and advisory work tailored to your clients’ needs.
- Take ownership of engagements from planning to completion, while working collaboratively with your team to ensure quality, insight and compliance.
- Act as a trusted advisor, offering technical guidance on accounting, practical advice on controls and wider advice.
- Support business development through tenders, networking, and identifying opportunities to add value within existing relationships.
- Mentor and develop audit seniors and trainees, contributing to a culture of learning, support and shared success.
- Stay informed on regulatory and sector developments, particularly those affecting charity governance and reporting.
- Contribute to firm-wide initiatives including recruitment and training.
- Use systems such as MS Teams, Excel, Word, CCH Audit Automation, CCH Accounts Production and Inflo to manage workflows and deliver high-quality outputs.
Qualifications
- ACA/ACCA qualified with a strong audit background.
- Experience working with charities or not-for-profits is essential for this role.
- Strong familiarity with the Charities SORP and VAT/tax issues affecting charities.
- You’re personable, professional and commercially minded, with excellent communication and organisational skills.
- You take pride in your work and thrive in a collaborative, professional environment.
