Leading and inspiring the performance of the store team through our TGI Friday’s values. Overseeing aspects of the store’s operation and performance, including but not limited to People, Guest, Sales, Profit, Operations, Health & Safety and Property. Ensuring that TGI Friday’s standards are maintained, and the restaurant performance delivers its targets. Creating an environment within the store where our teams and guests feel valued, loyal and are celebrated. Leading by example and being a cultural ambassador for TGI Fridays. Being the next generation of Deputy General Managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading and inspiring the store team through TGI Friday’s values.
- Overseeing all aspects of store operations: People, Guest experience, Sales, Profit, Operations, Health & Safety and Property.
- Ensuring maintenance of TGI Friday’s standards and delivery of restaurant performance targets.
- Creating a valued, loyal and celebrated environment for teams and guests.
- Leading by example and serving as a cultural ambassador.
- Working as the Deputy General Manager to support the General Manager and future restaurant leadership.
Candidate Requirements
- Solid experience in a similar role with a proven track record of leading and delivering.
- Experience in restaurant/hospitality environments.
- Proven track record of leading teams to success.
- Strong financial skills – comfortable managing audits, due diligence, budgets, labour controls and forecasting.
- Strong commercial acumen to drive sales and deliver business results.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to think fast.
- Excellent communication skills to lead and inspire a team and delight guests.
