Job Description:

An exciting opportunity to join a high-profile single family office with a growing property portfolio consisting of retail and office space in London and the regions.

As the sole UK Asset Manager, working alongside property managing agents you will lead all rent reviews, lease renewals, regears and leasing negotiations, managing a number of significant transactions annually. You will undertake ERV analysis and comparable evidence review to support pricing and drive income performance across the portfolio.

Working closely with the Principal and external advisers, you will execute asset-level strategies to maximise income, reduce voids and enhance value. You will also liaise with the existing planning team to progress applications efficiently and support strong leasing outcomes.

Refurbishment and development oversight will form part of the role longer term, ensuring projects are delivered on time and aligned with leasing strategy.

Reporting directly to the Principal, you will operate at a senior level, providing clear, commercially focused reporting and taking full ownership of the UK portfolio.

  • MRICS / Chartered Surveyor preferred
  • 5+ years’ commercial asset management / L&T experience
  • Strong track record in rent reviews, lease renewals and regears
  • Excellent Central London market knowledge
  • Confident, autonomous and commercially astute
