Key Responsibilities:
- Portfolio Oversight: Manage lease agreements, rent collection, and tenant relations while ensuring compliance with legal and safety standards.
- Strategic Asset Development: Work on enhancing the value of properties through sustainable and forward-thinking initiatives.
- Market Engagement: Coordinate with external agents and internal teams to facilitate property lettings, sales, and operational excellence.
- Financial Management: Oversee budgets, track property performance, and contribute to income generation strategies.
- Service Delivery: Collaborate with teams providing technical, valuation, and regulatory services.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven experience in commercial property management, with a strong understanding of leasing and real estate regulations.

- Financial acumen and experience managing budgets and property performance analytics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for building relationships with tenants and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in property management software and familiarity with sustainable practices.
