Senior Recruitment Consultant – GTM / Sales (Build a New Division)

Fareham (3 days in office)

£30,000 – £40,000 + uncapped commission (up to 35%)

We’re now launching a dedicated GTM / Sales division, focused on helping businesses hire revenue-generating talent — and this is an opportunity to get in early and build your own market.

The Opportunity

You’ll help launch and grow our GTM offering across:

  • South Coast (Hampshire, Portsmouth & Southampton)
  • SaaS / Technology (national market)

You’ll recruit for revenue-generating roles including:

  • SDRs / BDRs, Account Executives, BDMs
  • Customer Success & Marketing
  • Head of Sales, Sales Directors & VPs

This is a 360 role with full ownership to build your desk, win clients and scale your market.

The Role

  • Build and grow your own GTM / Sales recruitment desk
  • Win new business with tech and high-growth companies
  • Deliver top-tier talent across sales, marketing and customer success
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (360)
  • Develop strong candidate networks and market expertise

About You

  • Experience in recruitment (ideally sales / GTM roles)
  • Proven ability to bill and/or win new business
  • Strong understanding of sales structures (SDR → AE → Leadership)
  • Commercial, driven and confident engaging senior stakeholders
  • Motivated by ownership, progression and earning potential
