Drive Motor Retail is expanding in the Hessle area, and we are looking for an experienced General Sales Manager to lead our sales team to success.

This is a key leadership role within a fast-growing dealership. We need a motivated and results-driven individual with a strong main dealer background and a proven track record in sales management, finance, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve volume and profit targets
- Oversee F&I performance, ensuring compliance and maximising opportunities
- Drive customer satisfaction and retention strategies
- Monitor KPIs, implement process improvements, and ensure operational excellence
- Work closely with the senior management team to shape business growth
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a General Sales Manager or similar leadership role in a main dealer environment
- Strong knowledge of finance & insurance (F&I) processes
- A results-oriented approach with a passion for driving performance
- Excellent leadership and coaching skills to develop a high-performing team
- Ability to analyse data and implement effective sales strategies
