Focusing on our Hygiene category within our Air Wick team - you’ll help drive new product development as the technical project lead on key projects such as fragrance and formulation on key formats like Essential Mist and Liquid Electricals. Working a 50/50 split between lab and office you will take the lead, owning the end to end development of projects within the team as well providing mentoring/coaching to more junior colleagues.

You’ll succeed because…

• You are degree qualified in a Science Discipline
• You have experience of working within an FMCG environment
• You are confident in taking the lead on projects
• You are a self starter and capable of working independently
• You are a strong communicator, good at negotiating and liaising with stakeholders
• You may have previous experience of line management (this is a desirable)
