Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Mon-Fri: 8:00am-4:00pm)

Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 per annum

Robotics Engineer – Key responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for logging, assessing and communicating technical issues with clients.
• Carry out routine checks and servicing to keep systems operating efficiently.
• Diagnose faults and troubleshoot automated laboratory equipment and robotics.
• Commission on robotic equipment, ensuring client requirements and expectations are met.
• Document detailed service reports for traceability purposes and follow up with clients ensuring customer satisfaction.

Robotics Engineer – Essential Skills & Experience

• Extensive experience in a field service (or customer-facing) engineering position.
• Experience with the operation and maintenance of robotic systems, including and of the following: ABB, Staubli, Universal Robots, and Brooks Automation.
• Strong background in servicing, maintaining and commissioning on technical equipment, with a focus on Electro‑mechanical systems.
• HNC or higher in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Competent with the maintenance of robotic systems.
• Ability to travel globally majority of the time.
