Fire Risk Officer – Make Safety Matter

Day-to-Day
- Conduct FRAs across residential buildings
- Audit third-party assessments for compliance
- Develop and track action plans for remedial works
- Liaise with Fire Authorities, contractors & internal teams
- Deliver fire safety guidance and toolbox talks
Requirements
- FRA qualification (IFE or equivalent)
- Experience in housing/construction FRAs
- Knowledge of Fire Safety Order 2005
- Stakeholder influence & risk assessment skills
- Full UK driving licence
Desirable: NEBOSH, asbestos awareness, social housing experience
