Are you an experienced and passionate Registered Home Manager or Care Home Manager looking for your next opportunity? Join a growing care provider dedicated to delivering exceptional dementia and elderly care within a small, welcoming 25-bed nursing and residential home in Plymouth.
About the Role
As the Registered Home Manager, you’ll take the lead in ensuring the highest standards of care, safety, and wellbeing for residents. You’ll oversee the day‑to‑day management of the home, support and develop your team, and ensure full CQC compliance. You’ll be supported by an experienced Regional Manager and a wider care group that values professional development and person‑centred care.
What We’re Looking For
- A recognised management qualification
- A strong background in elderly and dementia care
- CIW registration experience, or solid Deputy Management experience within a care setting
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- A passion for driving quality care and positive outcomes
