Project Engineer (Civil Project)

Ourclient is in construction industry (Grade A1 Contractor/ Class 1 GeneralBuilder) and they provide full suite of integrated construction services and solutions in both the public and private sectors.

JOB DIMENSION (SCOPE)

• Manage all aspects of the construction execution; from site preparations to build‑out, are carried out in accordance with the project timelines and specs.
• Ensure that the construction, installation and assembly of components, equipment and systems of the construction is aligned with the construction plans and drawing designs.
• Prepare construction progress reports based on contractual terms on time, cost and quality.
• Document action items and follow-ups from project meetings.
• Liaise with clients for site inspections, submission of necessary technical reports, and maintain all required records at the sites.
• Drive safety and sustainability.

REQUIREMENT

• Possess a Degree in Civil Engineering/Structural Engineering, or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in LTA/Civil Project, is mandatory
• Must be technically inclined and possesses excellent problem-solving.
• Be able to work independently as well as acquiring good interpersonal skills to coordinate between the various disciplines and construction teams.
