Service Engineer – Smart Infrastructure
Location: This is a home-based role requiring customer visits across the South of England and London.

You’ll make an impact by:
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, expertly prioritising their requirements and demands to ensure optimal service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Technical Expertise: Execute the service and commissioning of Fire Alarm Systems in strict adherence to manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
- Collaborative Support: Work closely with team members, both on-site and remotely, to ensure efficient resolution of client and company requirements.
- Project Contribution: Provide essential support to small works and projects departments, encompassing surveys, quotation production, installation, and commissioning activities.
- On-Call Support: Participate in an out-of-hours callout rota, shared equitably among the engineering team, providing critical support when required.
- Field Mobility: Travel to customer sites throughout London and the South of England, planning your schedule to meet service demands.
Your defining qualities:
- Fire Alarm Expertise: Demonstrated experience in the servicing and maintenance of fire alarm systems required.
- Commercial Competence: A strong understanding of commercial principles, balanced with an unwavering commitment to customer focus.
- Workload Management: Demonstrable ability to handle multiple customer engagements and effectively prioritise tasks within a dynamic workload.
- Driving Licence: Possession of a full UK Driving Licence is essential.
- PAVA & EVC Systems: Experience in the service and commissioning of Public Address and Voice Alarm (PAVA) and Emergency Voice Communication (EVC) systems would be a distinct advantage.
