Workspot is expanding across EMEA — and we’re looking for a high impact, curious, creative Technical Sales Engineering Leader to help us grow. This is a role for someone who loves solving complex problems, meeting with customers, and being the technical face of a modern cloud platform.
You’ll partner with Sales to win strategic new logos, guide customers through architecture and security decisions, and represent Workspot at industry events, conferences, and technical forums. What You’ll Do
- Lead technical strategy across the EMEA sales cycle
- Deliver compelling demos & guide customers through solution design
- Act as the technical evangelist at conferences and partner events
- Build creative approaches to break into new accounts
- Influence product strategy with realworld customer insights
- Own the end-to-end technical buyer journey—coordinating discovery, solution design, evaluations, and technical approvals to keep deals moving with clarity and momentum.
What You Bring
- Strong cloud & identity fundamentals (Azure/GCP/AWS/Akamai, AD/Entra)
- Hunter mindset and a passion for winning
- Ability to learn quickly — VDI experience is a plus, not required
- Confidence presenting to both executives and deep technical teams
Requirements
- 8+ years as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or similar customer-facing technical role.
- Proven success in technical sales cycles and influencing new business wins.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills for both technical and executive audiences.
- Ability to present publicly at conferences with confidence and technical authority.
- Strong technical learning agility and a deep sense of curiosity.
- Ability to manage multiple complex opportunities simultaneously.
- Experience creating technical proposals, architectures, and RFP/RFI responses.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS/CIS, Engineering, or equivalent technical field.
- Willingness to travel 10–30% across the EMEA region.
