Service Engineer / Mechanical Fitter
Salary: £34,000 – £36,000 per annum
Location: Keynsham, Bristol
Contract: Permanent, full-time

The Role
As a Mechanical Fitter / Service Engineer, you will work within the workshop to assemble, build, test and commission a range of flexible packaging machinery.
- Assembly and build of new machines and sub-assemblies
- Mechanical installation, including pneumatics
- Testing and setting up customer products prior to on-site commissioning
- Supporting on-site commissioning where required
The Service Engineer
We are looking for a mechanically skilled professional who can work independently, problem-solve and use their initiative.
- Relevant mechanical engineering skills, apprenticeship, or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in mechanical assembly, build, or engineering
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for tasks
