Role Description
This is a full-time, or temp to perm role for a Construction Site Manager based in the Manchester Area (Stretford). The Construction Site Manager will oversee day-to-day on-site operations on a scheme comprising 40 flats and 11 houses. The site Manager will need to be adept at working autonomously as No’ 1 on site.
Experience of residential construction is a must.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in Site Management and Construction Site Management
- Strong skills in Planning and organizing on-site operations
- Some experience in Cost Control and Budgeting for construction projects
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations within the construction industry
