The Role:
- Initial Basis:Part-time (hours to be discussed), but spread over5 days per weekto ensure consistency for our clients.
- Hybrid Working:A mix of remoteworkand being happy to attend a mixture of ourEssex and Hertfordshire offices 3 days per week.
- The Opportunity:You’ll be working alongside senior consultants, getting hands‑on experience in everything from HR audits and policy development to leadership coaching and organizational transformation.

- Qualified:You hold a CIPD Level 5 qualification.
