What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing key parts of the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing client relationships.
- Delivering an exceptional experience to both candidates and clients.
- Matching high-quality talent with the right roles.
- Supporting or leading on business development activity depending on your strengths.
- Using our industry leading tech tools and CRM to stay efficient and organised.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in recruitment.
- Strong communication skills and a professional, consultative approach.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
- A proactive mindset and ability to work at pace.
- Comfortable using recruitment systems and tech platforms.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential due to office location).
