We are seeking an experienced Internal Quality Assurer (IQA) to support our Level 3 Counselling Skills qualifications on a fully remote, ad‑hoc basis. This role is perfect for someone who values flexibility and enjoys maintaining high standards across assessment and quality assurance processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct internal quality assurance for Level 3 Counselling Skills portfolios
- Provide clear, constructive feedback to assessors
- Ensure all work meets awarding‑body and internal compliance requirements
- Support standardisation, best practice, and consistency across assessments
- Complete quality checks as and when required
About You
- Hold a recognised IQA qualification (IQA Award / Verifier qualification)
- Strong understanding of Counselling Skills qualifications
- Confident working independently and remotely
- Reliable, organised, and responsive to ad‑hoc workload needs
