WearelookingforaSeniorHSEManagerwithhandsonexperiencedrivingchangeandhelpingcomplexorganisationsdevelopamaturesafetyculture.

Youwillbeatrusted advisor workingwithmanagementteamstoelevateawarenessofsafetycompliance,buildacultureofpro activehazardidentificationandembedHSEbest:practicesatalllevels.

Key Responsibilities

• DrivepositiveHSEculturechangethrougheducation,relationship and trustbuilding
• Conductathoroughgap:analysisacrossmultiplesites,eachatdifferinglevelsofsafetymaturity,toidentifywheremis:alignmentsandareasforimprovementexist
• Abilitytoapplybest:practiceregulations,proceduresandpoliciesinthecontextofworkasdoneratherthanworkasimagined
• Improveprocessesandproceduresandstandardisetheseacrossmultiplesites
• Conductaccidentinvestigations,withadeepunderstandingofhowmultiplefactorscontribute
• Educationaroundhazardidentificationandnear:missreporting
• Bethesubject:matterexpertintechnicalHSEandregulations

Essential Criteria

• NEBOSHCertificateatminimum,withatleast10yearsexperienceinsafety
• Backgroundin utilities, civilengineering,orarelatedindustry
• Team:managementexperienceanddemonstratedleadershipcapabilities
• Hands:onchangemanagementtrackrecord
