Job Description:

As a Client Solutions Consultant you will support ongoing tracking programmes and custom/ad-hoc studies, helping to support future prospects and new business opportunities. This is a high‑profile role with the potential for client contact, working within a team to deliver reporting and build story‑led presentations to provide consultancy services.

Working with experts within the Brand and Media team, you will deliver successful and valued brand and consumer insights to a diverse list of clients – both UK and global – covering industries such as telecoms, home furnishings, gaming and media.

Your Responsibilities

  • Produce high‑quality commentaries, analytical summaries, and data visualizations to support client deliverables.
  • Support analysis planning for debriefs, reports, and standardized reporting templates.
  • Attend and actively contribute to client presentations, meetings, and calls.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project setup, execution, and delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact and communicating clearly throughout projects.
  • Design and write quantitative survey questionnaires, including link testing and validation.
  • Perform accurate and timely data checks to ensure data quality and reliability.

Your Experience

  • 2 years of relevant market research/survey experience (in a previous agency or client-side).
  • Analysis skills: Must enjoy and have experience with ‘digging’ through data sets to find the true story and themes that are worthy of further investigation to deliver insight and recommendations.
  • Presentation and client‑management skills.
  • Strong reporting and communication skills; a passion for engaging story‑telling.
  • Skills with PowerPoint, Excel, and experience using data analysis packages.
