Fixed Term People Business Partner
We are offering a Fixed Term People Business Partner role. Applicants may already be in a similar level role or be experienced HR Advisors looking for their next step. On a day to day basis you will work closely with the People Business Partner supporting one of our clinical or corporate divisions providing timely and credible advice and support on people matters linked to business and service needs.
You will deputise for the HR Business Partner and be fully supported to help move forward change management programmes, implement national initiatives and achieve People performance targets within the Trust.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide confidential and autonomous support in partnership with the People Business Partner.
- Advise on the application of HR policies and procedures.
- Support managers to manage and implement transformational change, staff engagement and people strategies.
- Guide and coach managers in the application of Policies and Procedures.
- Analyse HR data/metrics and translate into meaningful information.
- Support change programmes, staff improvement programmes and staff feedback initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Substantial experience in People/HR roles.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with managers.
- Knowledge of employment law and its practical application.
- Experience supporting change programmes and staff improvement programmes.
- Ability to analyse HR data and metrics.

Salary: The quoted salary will be on a pro‑rata basis for part‑time workers.
