Role Overview
This role focuses on growing client accounts, driving revenue and profitability, and delivering exceptional live and digital events. You’ll manage relationships, identify new opportunities, and support team processes to maximise efficiency and results.
Key Requirements
- Strong client‑facing experience
- Familiarity with Google Apps
- 5–6 years’ account management experience (ideally events)
- Experience managing budgets of £500k+
Responsibilities
- Build and grow client relationships while ensuring performance and satisfaction
- Create strategic account plans and identify new opportunities
- Manage project planning, design and delivery
- Understand client goals, brands and markets
- Maintain forecasting tools and proposals
- Ensure clear contracts and scopes of work
- Integrate sustainability into projects
- Permanent role, competitive salary + bonus + benefits
- Start: Immediate
- Hybrid working (Holborn office 3 days/week)
- After 4 years: +5 holiday days
