I’m working with a forward-thinking, tech-driven law firm that is continuing to expand its fully remote conveyancing team. Responsibilities

• Managing a residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
• Handling a range of matters including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
• Working fully remotely, supported by advanced case management systems and AI-enabled workflows
• Benefiting from dedicated secretarial and administrative support, with technology designed to minimise manual tasks

Qualifications

• A qualified or experienced conveyancer (Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or equivalent experience)
• Able to manage a caseload with an appropriate level of supervision depending on experience
• Comfortable working in a tech-enabled, fully remote environment
• Strong organisational and communication skills
