Export Sales Coordinator

A leading health & wellness brand is seeking a highly organised Export Sales Coordinator to support its growing international operations. This is an onsite key role focused on export customer onboarding, order management, and regulatory compliance, working cross‑functionally with Sales, Operations, and Technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

Export Operations

• Manage onboarding of international customers, ensuring full compliance
• Process export orders accurately from receipt to dispatch
• Act as a key contact for global customers, resolving queries efficiently

Account Support

• Support key accounts with precise order processing and coordination
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure delivery timelines are met

Regulatory & Documentation

• Manage export documentation (e.g. Certificates of Analysis)
• Ensure compliance with country‑specific regulations
• Liaise with Technical teams to maintain up‑to‑date records

White‑Label Coordination

• Oversee white‑label orders from request to fulfilment
• Collaborate with Operations/Production to meet specs and deadlines

Cross‑Functional Working

• Partner with Sales, Ops, and Technical teams to ensure smooth workflows
• Identify and support process improvements
• Maintain high data accuracy across systems

About You

• Experience in export coordination or similar role
• Background in a regulated industry (food, supplements, pharma, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of export processes, documentation, and compliance

Skills Required

• Highly detail‑oriented and process‑driven
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Proactive, solutions‑focused, and able to manage multiple workflows

Nice to Have

• White‑label/manufacturing experience
• Knowledge of international supplement regulations
