We are working exclusively with an internationally recognised, premium, design‑led brand within the interiors and bathroom sector.

Due to an internal international promotion, they are now looking to appoint a Specification Manager – Residential to join their high‑performing UK team, covering a key South Central region.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well‑established, high‑performing area, currently generating in excess of £2m turnover, with strong existing relationships and significant growth potential.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing and developing a strong pipeline of projects and accounts across the region, working closely with:

  • Regional housebuilders (typically 150–200 unit developments)
  • Contractors and developers
  • National and independent merchants
  • Internal teams, including retail sales and key accounts

This is a project‑led, specification role, focused on winning, developing and growing business across the residential sector.

You’ll inherit a solid, well‑performing base, with the opportunity to further build and expand the region through proactive business development and relationship management.

What We’re Looking For

We are keen to speak with individuals who:

  • Have experience within specification, projects, contracts or A&D sales
  • Understand the route to market across developers, contractors and merchants
  • Are commercially driven, relationship‑led and capable of managing a project pipeline

We would also consider:

  • Strong Area / Regional Sales Managers from a retail or merchant background looking to move into specification
  • Individuals from outside the immediate sector with relevant specification/project sales experience
