Role Description
The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site position located in Middlesbrough. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and developing strategies to achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include preparing proposals and presentations, negotiating contracts, conducting market analysis, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver client solutions. The Business Development Manager will also represent the company at industry events and maintain a strong understanding of competitors and market trends.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, sales, and client acquisition
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to conduct market research and create tailored business proposals
- Familiarity with industrial services such as tank cleaning, waste disposal, and high-pressure water jetting is a plus
- Project management skills, including the ability to work with multidisciplinary teams
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
