This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys working across multiple operational areas, and is motivated by making a meaningful impact.

In this pivotal role, you will help ensure the smooth running of key finance, estates, people management, and organisational operations. You’ll act as the central coordination point between departments – strengthening communication, tracking progress, and supporting strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • strong written communication skills, including the ability to produce clear, concise, and high-quality reports and briefings
  • a sharp analytical mindset, with confidence in interpreting data and translating insights into meaningful recommendations
  • excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and work collaboratively across a range of stakeholders
  • a high level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling sensitive information
  • a proactive and solution-focused approach, with the confidence to anticipate needs and take initiative.

We are looking for someone who:

  • shows excellent judgement and actively manages priorities
  • anticipates issues early, tracks risks, and keeps actions moving independently
  • builds trust and influences effectively across the College
  • remains calm, focused, and solutions-driven when under pressure.

What Will You Bring to the Role

  • Adaptability: handling a variety of responsibilities and projects, switching efficiently between tasks. Analysing information and using it to inform strategic decisions and approaches.
  • Problem Solving: critically evaluating information and making reasoned judgements. Thinking ahead and making logical decisions.
  • Learning: learning from the environment and understanding the relationships between events and outcomes. Anticipating how situations might develop and predicting likely and expected behaviours.
  • Determination: applying continuous effort to achieve a goal, in spite of obstacles. Remaining composed in the face of setbacks and embracing challenges by using alternative approaches and strategies to deliver success.

  • Holiday 29 days plus bank holidays and College Closure over Christmas
  • career development opportunitiesgenerous contributions towards your pension
