Responsibilities
- Assist the management team with recruitment processes, ensuring we attract top talent.
- Create and maintain comprehensive resident and employee files.
- Conduct thorough screening of all staff in line with safer recruitment processes.
- Support the employee and resident lifecycle administration.
- Provide an efficient and effective office management service.
- Ensure financial and regulatory compliance within the service.
- Complete regular reconciliations of accounts, including personal allowances, invoices, and petty cash.
- Administer payroll hours, ensuring payroll deadlines are met.
- Assist the Registered Manager with any debt queries.
- Foster positive relationships with residents, staff, relatives, and visitors.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of previous experience in office administration.
- Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects effectively.
- Self‑motivated and flexible, with a commitment to meeting the needs of the service.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work to deadlines.
