Quantity Surveyor

Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking to take ownership of your projects within the social housing sector?

We’re seeking a driven QS to join a growing team working across multiple contracts in the Ipswich region. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on autonomy and is looking for long-term progression.

I would like to see CV’s from anyone who has been a Assistant Quantity Surveyor (AQS), Intermediate Quantity Surveyor, Lead Quantity Surveyor or in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Managing multiple social housing contracts
• Taking full commercial ownership of your own projects
• Handling cost control, valuations, and reporting
• Working with coding systems and applications
• Supporting contract delivery from start to finish

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a QS (ideally in social housing)
• Ability to manage several contracts simultaneously
• Strong commercial awareness and organisational skills
• Confident working independently and taking initiative

Location and travel
