I am looking to recruit an Operations Manager with specific cladding and remediations experience to join a contractor in the Southwest. The Operations Manager will be responsible for the day to day operations of a planned works & retrofit maintenance division.
Operations Manager duties:
- Promote and maintain the highest standards of health, safety and environmental management.
- Oversight of multiple workstreams across the region inclusive of cladding, fire remediation, retrofit, planned maintenance schemes.
- Lead and monitor project strategies to achieve the company’s sustainability objectives. Identify and manage commercial risk.
- Recruit, train, develop, motivate retain high quality staff to deliver high levels of service delivery.
- Ensure robust strategy for delivering quality throughout project lifecycle with Zero defects as a target on handover.
What is required for the role:
- Experience of project managing multiple projects with experience in external façade and Fire Remediation projects.
- Curtain Walling/External Cladding systems, Fire Remediation and fire protections systems, groundworks, concrete repairs.
- Experience of retrofit projects delivered to PAS2035 or similar standards.
- Experience of delivering capital works and larger scale projects, particularly through subcontract and supply chain arrangements.
