A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
- Lead a safe and compliant operation by identifying risks, managing incident investigations, and promoting a strong Safety-First culture across the site.
- Drive continuous improvement by reviewing performance, removing operational barriers, and embedding best-practice health & safety standards.
- Implement and maintain OMS (Operational Management System) standards, including KPI setting, reporting structures and regular performance reviews.
- Communicate clear objectives, KPIs and roles across the leadership team, ensuring all supervisors are trained, aligned and equipped to deliver their responsibilities.
- Review operational structure and resource levels regularly, working with site leadership to ensure the operation is effectively staffed and supported.
