They are currently recruiting an Office Manager to oversee a busy administration team within the business. The successful candidate will be respionsibile for the effecient managment of 5-6 team members ensuring accurate and compliant processing of all required paperwork and reporting.
Key duties
- Oversee the daily operations of the Sales Administration department.
- Manage, motivate, and coach a team of Sales Administrators.
- Ensure all orders, invoices, and financial documentation are processed accuratelyand on time.
- Liaise closely with the Sales Managers, Accounts team, and external suppliers.
- Monitor stock records including physical, in transit & sold orders awaiting devlivery
- Produce and analyse departmental reports, identifying areas for improvement.
- Support new system implementations and process enhancements.
- Resolve administrative queries quickly and professionally.
Skills & Experience
- Proven management experience within a busy office environment
- Excellent IT skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
