Responsibilities and qualifications
The eRostering Team implement and maintain HealthRoster (Optima), an RLDatix electronic rostering system currently being rolled out in NHS Scotland. Our aim is to have the right staff with the right skills in the right place at the right time. The NHS Lothian eRostering Team is seeking to appoint an energetic, motivated and organised Operational Manager to join their team. This is a challenging role offering an opportunity for someone who is looking for their next career challenge and wider development. The successful candidate will bring experience in project management, data analysis, reporting, and ideally hands-on experience of implementing and customising HealthRoster/Optima.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to consult, advise and negotiate with staff at all levels.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise competing demands, work under pressure, and manage your own workload effectively.
- The ability to provide clear guidance and direction to your team.
