An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior M&E Building Services Manager to join a Tier One Main Contractor, delivering major commercial office, data centre, pharmaceutical, hotel & leisure, and residential projects valued up to £500 million. This role is ideally suited to a technically strong and commercially aware M&E Building Services Manager looking to take a lead role on complex, large-scale projects, working closely with senior leadership and key project stakeholders.
Key requirements:
- Proven experience operating as an M&E Building Services Manager on large-scale projects.
- Strong background delivering projects in accordance with programme & budget.
- Ability to lead M&E services coordination from pre‑construction through to handover.
- Excellent understanding of programme management & technical design.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders including clients, consultants, and supply chain.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to support project delivery within budget constraints.
- A proactive leadership style with the ability to drive performance on site.
