Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Advisor at RRG Skoda Rochdale. The Service Advisor will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, managing aftersales processes, and maintaining strong communication with clients. Daily tasks include scheduling vehicle maintenance and repairs, coordinating with technicians, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing customer-focused solutions. Qualifications
- Proven skills in Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer-focused Service
- Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Experience in Aftersales processes and support
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Basic knowledge of automotive services and repairs is a plus
- Proficiency in using modern CRM systems or similar tools is advantageous
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service or automotive services are a bonus
